Okay it’s always awkward to talk about yourself…or not…so here it goes.

I am an international authority on sales motivation and personal morale.  As an author, syndicated columnist, and entrepreneur, I present keynote addresses and seminar programs to organizations of all sizes.

I spent the first twenty-six years of my career building two multi-million dollar construction companies in the highly competitive South Texas market. My first full-time day on the job in the housing industry was June 1, 1977.  That’s nearly thirty-three years of experience.  I consider myself a housing industry insider specializing in business and personal development programs.

I have traveled the world delivering my educational programs and since January 2003 I have delivered more than five hundred seminars and speeches.  I conduct process oriented corporate sales training programs, deliver inspirational keynote addresses and offers retreats for sales and management teams worldwide.  I am a regularly featured speaker at NAHB conferences including IBS Sales Rally and Sales Management Rally, Custom Builders Symposium and Membership Conference. I have also written two designation courses for NAHB….Project Management and Quality Practices for Profitability.

When I present my programs, my entrepreneurial experience and no-nonsense approach to business is woven throughout my talks.  My programs are filled with plenty of anecdotes, real world stories combined with a humorous twist to all of my presentations.

I focus on sales professionals and marketing professionals.  I work with entry level sales people all the way up to highly experienced grizzled veterans of the industry.  I offer personal coaching programs, audio recordings, books, videos, eBooks, and teleseminars as educational vehicles.

My live performances are filled with humor and real world stories.  In all of my live training, I challenge each participant to step outside their current way of doing things to improve and design a better professional and personal life.

The most rewarding education that I engage in is with Sales Managers, Company Owners and Upper Level Management.  If you can’t lead effectively, then get out of the way and let someone else lead the team.

I have personally sold more than 1,000 homes and remodeling projects in my career.  I have also operated my own sales teams and my companies have employed hundreds of sales people, staff, vendors, trade contractors, etc.
